I have used credit cards earlier eg foreign credit cards(alfursan) besides ICICI and services provided was satisfactory but ever since I have used SBI card I regret for following reasons:-
1.Whenever I face a problem as a customer I register a complaint online to customer care the standard reply(automated response) is someone from customer care will call back within 72 hours but I dont find any customer care calling to solve the problem.
2.I have highlighted my problem online number of times, but no solution provided.
I am told by customer care they will replace the given card with a new card but since 4 months no one has ever helped to get a new card.
I feel frustrated and dont suggest anyone to go for SBI card ever to suffer endlessly.
