If I started writing an honest review on this product, I could fill pages, however, I would like to explain very briefly a few points. Before I do so, let me warn all of you, NEVER go in for an SBI CC when there is a choice of so many, much better cards. The card has no pros, only cons: If I could have given negative marks I would have.
*1. Lies, lies and more lies*
I applied for an SBI Railway Card, I was issued a Bangalore card. On query, I was informed that the railway card was not a credit card. This I found to be a lie subsequently

You want a quick upper on your BP?
The call centre executives are rude, very bad in communication and generally cannot help you in any of your queries. If you are looking for a quick increase in blood pressure and irritation, go ahead
You are basically bored ? want some calls to perk your existence up?
If you want to be called endlessly, with ten different guys asking you the same question or giving you the same reminder, go ahead with this card. I
You like people asking you for money you already paid?
If you wanted to be harassed about payments you have already made, go ahead.
Don’t have enough visitors at home? Need some company?
If you want them to be sending’executives’ to collect payments already made, please go ahead.
You don’t get insulted enough?
God forbid if you miss a payment - you will be called 10 times by their department, their CSR’s will tell you they are doing you a favour and’trusting’ you with their money. The floor manager may probably tell you it is better you pay and close the card
Want to fulfil your masochistic fantasies?
In short, if you are a masochist and you really enjoy suffering, irritation and torture, please buy this card - it is designed just for you!

*3. Want to make a payment?*
It’s like a treasure hunt! . The ATM’s don’t have drop boxes. You can pay only at branches, but don’t forget branch timings! and it’s a nationalised bank, so people don’t have to work as hard as we do!
