Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch): This is a 5-year programme. The degree awarded by SPA is recognised internationally thus providing opportunity for advanced courses. The B. Arch course is approved by the Indian Institute of Architects, the Council of Architecture and the Commonwealth Association of Architects.
Bachelor of Planning:** This is a 4-year programme and SPA was the first institute n the country to offer a programme of this kind. The students completing this programme are accepted as professional planners with a status on par with engineers and architects with bachelor’s degrees. The Programme is approved by AICTE, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, and The Institute of Town Planners .
