This bus operator will be the worst of worst in India.
I was traveling from Pune to Bangalore on 15 May 2015.
200 KM far from Bangalore the bus’s brake got jammed at 12.30
they didn’t arrange any substitute actions, just they told the bus break down and you leave the bus. due to that incident, I lost my Pegasus flight from Bangalore to Trivandrum. the place where the bus got break down, it was a remote place and there was no taxi or food available. the bus staff behaved like a hell.
