I wanted to share a bitter experience, rather than I should say a vulgar experience. Yday I planned to move to Ambur from Bangalore. I got the ticket booked online and went to Madivala Office at 10.30am and got the boarding pass, it was mentioned as 11.15am is the reporting and 11.30am is the boarding. so there was a hotel next by. I went to have break fast. 10.55am the office guy by name Shashi Gandhali intimated me as bus is waiting. since I know the boarding time is at 11.30am. I said I will come, again at 11.06am I got a call as bus is waiting. since I know the boarding time is 11.30am I said will come in few mins. I have finished my break fast and reached the madivala office. the guy said I have to go to near madivala police station. I said to arrange for the pickup, because I was supposed to be picked from sea bird office only. so they arranged a auto, when I landed near the bus and person by name Sandhesh who isa staff of sea bird started to ask me. cant you come by walk from their office to the pickup point. I said it was your duty to pick me from the office. which you failed do so. when the arguments went on all of a sudden he used an excellent Filthy Word called " Bolimagane" sumne yiro. I raised my hands to hit him. But I stopped thinking if I hit him nothing will happen and there will be no difference between me and the Guy Sandhesh, but I felt I did a mistake after talking to their Gandhinagar office Executives. I should have kicked him instead of complaining to their office. because today I called to their office at 080- 41440915 and spoke to lady asking for the senior executive. so she gave me a number of one Executive so called Aradhya. without just understanding my problem he started to explain their issue, as our guy called you. you didnt come etc.
when I am telling there was a time and why I should board early. because I didnt have any intention to board late. since I was having break fast.i thought time was there. but the guys are talking in such a way as if you are interested to travel, you travel or just get lost.
without letting me to talk anything. The guy is blaming me as so much you are talking to me, so you would have mis-behaved with our guy Sandhesh, that is the reason he mis-behaved with you,
dont talk all bull sheet, nonsense, just cut phone down etc.
so the lesson what I learnt is we should first kick them when they misbehave with us. instead of keeping ourself quite. Then we should talk asking what is the problem.only then these kind of human beings, I dont know whether I should call them as human beings are not.
asked the name again to confirm whether his name is Aradhya, he hesitated to say because parallely he was talking to sandhesh on the phone. then I came to know these 2 guys come from the same category and Aradhya is telling if you want you travel if not just get lost..a Wonderful Customer Service.
These Kind of staffs are working in Sea Bird Tourists. Hats off to their management. hope shortly they will be awarded a Oscar or Guiness awards....
if any one has the Travel Owners Number pls provide me...i will put a word to that owner also. I dont know whether he will take any action.......
