Yesterday, I had one of the most horrifying and pathetic journey with them.
We booked ticket for the Mumbai -Bangalore service of Seabird, we choose the boarding point as Chembur and time as per the ticket was 02.15.
We got a call at around 12 noon letting us know of a change in time and that the schedule has been pre-poned with the bus departing at 1.30 now from Chembur, we had to rush through to get there on time. The seats allocated to us was different from what was booked and we had to adjust with what was given to us.
Then started the movie marathon - for the next 7-8 hours they played one movie or the other back to back without even a break. The bus halted somewhere in Mumbai -Thane route at one of the Seabird office and quite a load of stuffs were loaded up in the luggage holds.
The bus halted somewhere in the predawn time and we could all hear the sound of luggage’s being transferred, we realized that another seabird bus was parked parallel to our and all our luggage’s are being transferred to that bus.
