Dear all, recently I purchased one 2 Tb seagate external hard disk. I spend around 6500 rupees on this product. The seagate brand is good and it has number of external hard discs and cloud based and network based hard discs. Due to this reputation only I intended to purchased this external hard disk. Initially it was good and user friendly. After one month usage of this hard disc the cable connected port was partially damaged and not connected well with my computer. I stored important data in that external hard disk only. I don’t know how to recover my data from this hard disc. Due to this Slim size they didn’t provide good quality of ports.
