Seagate is a brand known for its storage devices besides WD. But I also own a WD passport 1TB and Toshiba 1TB, but the speed on seagate surpasses all the others, being 2TB copying back and forth is a matter of minutes.
Very satisfied with the product. I highly recommend to get this.
Like other portable devices it comes with the short cable. If you are buying this for desktop as a secondary unit please buy a longer cable and keep it in cooler place.
The prism like design keeps it looking new always.
