I just bought this external to backup data from my laptop.
I always trusted seagate for storage devices. All my pc have seagate hdds. They are very durable and cost effective.
On the first touch it felt very solid. The design and style was fabulos. Its so small that I fits in my backpocket!
Performance wise it may not be the best externalhdd but it fullfills my needs. The write speed for small files is around 80mbps but when it excceds 1gb it falls down to 30mbps.
