Seagate external drives are always better than WD because many of my friends’ wd has given up. But this is not meant for rough use.
I backup all my photos and softwares into it and use it only for installation or short term usage. More over buy a case for it, as hard drive cant bear shock. Mine is doing well for past 1 year. no regrets.
