I bought 2 tb internal drive for my desktop.
I have a lot of photos & videos so I bought 2 tb hdd.
But after connecting hdd my system performance is getting slow. I asked vendor about this problem he send an engineer & find the problem with hdd he register the complaint on segate customer care. I submit my hdd to segate service centre. They found the problem with hdd logic card. After two days they giving me replacement with New Hdd.
I connect the hdd to my desktop now its working fine.
I am very thankful to segate customer care & service center for quick response.
Seagate is a very good brand of hard disk.
