My experience at the Seclude Hotel based in Ramgarh has really been a horrible one during the last week of November, 2021. On the website, the Hotel seemed to be a paradise and the reality was severely disappointing. I was charged an amount of Rupees Fifteen Thousand for a stay of two days and the service received was not even a penny worth. Other drawbacks which I had experienced are as under.
1)Power cut resulted 90% of the time without any sort of back up and honestly I felt that I was back in the old dark ages when electricity was not discovered.
2)Neither there was any adequate parking space nor suitable way to enter the Hotel premises.
3)Faulty heaters and bed warmers were there and when I produced my complaint, only ignorance resulted. Shockingly, they replied, "We don’t know how to fix it".
4)Taps were almost in a broken condition.
5)Food quality was bad. I really spent a worst two days of my life at the Seclude Cliff’s Edge Hotel based in Ramgarh within Uttarakhand State.
