I Had ordered for an Anniversary gift on 23rd September and delivery slot 9am-12pm but it was delivered till today. First when we spoke to the team they said it is on transit it will be delivered shortly later they called as I was busy I told them to call after 10 minutes still I havent got a call till now . Again when ever we repeatedly spoke to the team only answer we sincerely aplogise we will deliver it shortly and this will not repeat again. When I asked them today why it is not delivered I got an answer it is cancelled . How can a cancel without sending mail communication from customer and no answer for the refund . If they cant deliver on time it is thier mistake why should the customer suffer and loose money. This best way to cheat people .Take order dont deliver in time and get it cancelled and dont refund the money. I may not be one they would have done same to lot customer .
