Sennheiser offers 4 ear plugs along with it, Extra small, small, medium and large size are available. The wires are said to be tangle free but they tend to tangle a bit. I have been using it for the past one month. After prolonged use for more than 2 hours, ears tend to hurt a bit. Other wise it is one of the best earphones you can get at this price range.
