It's Ice Cream and Tea For Me

For years I have been having trouble with sensitive teeth. Every time I would have something that was either too hot or too cold, it was horrible. I have used Crest all of my life, so was a bit skeptical when my dentist suggested that I switch to Sensodyne at my last visit. That was about four months ago and now I would not think of using anything else. The pain in my mouth is gone, and I can now eat anything I want without having any problems. This includes my ever favorite ice cream.

I have chosen to use the Maximum Strength Sensodyne with fluoride. The flavor that I personally prefer is the fresh mint.

INGREDIENTS:

Potassium Nitrate

Sodium Fluoride

Maximum FDA Sensitivity Active Ingredients

You need to remember that you should only use this product under the direction of you dentist. Sore and hurting teeth could be an indication of a more serious problem. Therefore, using this particular product may not give you the relief that you were looking for.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Adults and children over the age of twelve should apply at least one inch strip of this product onto a soft bristled brush. The teeth should then be brushed for at least one minute. This should be done after every meal and again at bed time. The very least that this product should be used it twice a day.

The Sensodyne toothpaste has left my mouth as clean and fresh feeling as the Crest ever did and this is a big plus for me. I was not wanting to give up that feeling. I can also say that that freshness lasts a long time and it seems to keep my breath just as fresh.

I would recommend Sensodyne to anyone who is having trouble with their sensitive teeth. But, remember what I said, you should talk to your dentist about it first.
