Serco BPO I worked for Serco one year.It’s good place to work and very friendly sector. But the main problem is salary is very low u can’t stay there because of salary I don’t know about upper level but for customer service executive it’s not possible to work. I dunno about others place in Assam salary is very low by the way we got always free coffee and tea.
That is a very good Experience. Some time BM take briefing to eveyone in that time we that all are same I mean they respect all employees wherether he is lower or upper class.PF facility provide vy them it’s very good most important things is salary never delay only got end of the month .I lyk serco for that.Hope it will helpfull to all.
