I am fond of visiting tourists places so I recently go to serow Tours, Aizawl and booked a tour package for Mumbai For 4 persons.
I visited to Mumbai. The car in which I traveled was not properly cleaned. The Driver of the car is not good as his behavior is very rude.
The hotel In which I stayed was only of 2 star but In my packages, the hotel was 5 star. The service of the hotel is very bad.I then also contact to its head manager but he didn’t pick up my call. It is a fraud tours and packager.
The guide was not so good as he doesn’t know proper information about the places of Mumbai.I don’t convince with this tours packager as I don’t get comfort in my tour.Thanks for reading my review.
