I just relocated from Bangalore to Pune on 14th May. I was told they will do the packing and no need to worry. but we did packing for our glass items and crockery items and other valuable gifts, thinking that it will save their time. but when they came, they were just dropping the things in the carton box. they were very bad in packing the things and when the truck was loaded, they said that the items are more in comparison to invoice letter.
First time, When the sales team came for the estimation, I have shown everything, including mattresses and other stuff, now when the packing guys came, he said I don’t know what you had discussion with sales team, but now the items are more, so you have to pay. and they asked for more more insurance and told me that it will take maximum 2 days to deliver. First of all it came after 5 days and that too, I have to hire one small lauri to get my items inside Pune. They stopped at the border of Pune and asked to come and collect the things.. worst service error..
Most of the things came in good shape, but remaining were damaged
