I too was skeptical after reading all the negative reviews here, but once I had no choice and had to go there. To my surprise what I experienced there was way beyond my expectations. And as per the standards of services and infrastructure of the hospital the charges are also fine. After my first visit I have been there a couple of times again and also sent many of my friends and relatives and all have had a positive experience.
Yes there are some tiny issues, that we may experience in any other hospital. But ultimately you go to a hospital for the doctors, and they are really good. Staff is also very prompt. I’ve not noticed any doctor trying to con you to do a procedure or a surgery.
They explain well and let you make the choice. Once we also had to go there with a relative during emergency to the casualty and the experience was excellent! It was late at night, and we called before leaving and when we reached the hospital the consultant was already there at the hospital waiting for us to come. I think since the doctors stay on campus this is possible for them.
But it relieves the stress from the patient. Another thing is all doctors are ready to share mobile numbers and answer all doubts well. I would surely recommend this hospital.
