Not a good experience

I think I should have seen these comments before signing up. Anyway I have cancelled my membership (54535) and waiting for a refund (Last three weeks). I think this refund will never arrive. If anyone is planning to sign up be prepared for this.

**Do not opt for auto debt.**

First thing about the company is it is not professional. They will not take your cancellation over phone. You need to send two or three mails to acknowledge the cancellation.

Web site is improved a little from the beginning. But there is lot to be desired still. You cannot search for movies based on the rating. There are many movies which are not available for renting in the list.

You will not get the movies which are on top of the list. Even if you change the list it will change automaticalyy next time you visit. If you want to watch DVD’s be carefull. You will get DVD with region codes other than 5.

Timing of delivery is mostly afternoon. There is no privacy. Delivery person will know the movies you are watching.
