I returned an item after ordering, for the size of t-shirt not fitting me as ordered. (order # SMA0620896 on 05-Mar-13). After which, I have been banging on their doors to get a refund!
Their ’return’ link shows courier picked up, but the query status says courier not got! And no response to emails and online queries for the last fortnight, plus NONEXISTENT customer care numbers...big mistake!!!!! and combined the poor quality of products, and knock offs, I should have kept away from this con.
