I placed an order on seventymm.com on 17th June 2012 and paid online through net banking. I waited for few days and then enquired from the website about my order. I got the info that they have shipped the product on 26th June 2012 by AFL courier and they gave me the AWB No. also to track my shipment.
When I tried to track the shipment from AFL couriers site, I got the news that the AWB no. is not at all in their(couriers) database so they are unable to give any information about my shipment. Again I wrote to seventymm.com and they just repeated their old answer. The same thing repeated again and again for atleast 4 to 5 times. Now I am fed-up with all this. I wrote to refund my money also but the website is giving me same reply again and again, just a cut and paste exercise by their so called customer care team.
Now its more than one month and the shipment is still to come. Whom to ask? SEVENTYMM.COM, The cheating website or AFL courier?
