A different point of view

I enrolled for a 3 month plan at a discounted price of 599. Since I paid by credit card, I specifically requested no automatic extension of membership. When I checked the website, the button for auto-extension was unchecked and so I was satisfied. But today, I could not find this button - I plan to call customer service on Monday to find out why this button is missing now.


That said, I must say I am pretty satisfied with their service. With about 40 days to go, I have watched 30 movies, so the money is well spent. Movies were delivered almost each day, and they were surprisingly prompt. 2 dics were of bad quality, but they extended the membership dates. SMS and website will show status of each delivery and I am impressed with the use of technology. Some moves were out of circulation or took long time to be back in circulation, but no issues, I watched other movies during this time. Recent movies like "The Social Network", "Dabang" etc. were available.


I do not plan to extend membership, but I would certainly recommend this service.
