Few days back on 12 th may 2009 , seventymm picked up cash from my office. this happened after somebody from their sales office literally pleaded to me to go for 1month at least.After 18 days and a dozen call to customer care I am yet to receive a movie.
Every time customer care executive says that it would be done next day. but today they crossed all lines and said they are helpless and can’t do anything as they don’t seem to be getting any reply from accounts deptt. And when I confronted him he said job of cc executive is to listen to the complaints.whether it is getting solved is none of his business. There is no one whom I can escalate the issue .i am tired of running after them and have consoled myslef that my money is being stolen by a corporation full of thiefs , lazy & irresponsible people.Dinesh
