It SUC*S!

I have been a member for five months now. They called maybe 5 times a day before I took their membership and then, conveniently forgot to activate it...post it was a weekend when obviously there is no customer support operations.


You always will have to message post 9:30 PM for delivery for the next day otherwise it will come the day after you ordered for it.i received one corrupted CD (it had LOTS of visible scratches) and sent a message post discovering that, the automated response said they would call back and rectify...and no one did. so I caught hold of the delivery guy..


He simply said that he was ’just’ a delivery guy and I should speak with the customer support. I wrote ’corrupted’ on the disc and returned it. One movie later...i got a corrupted disc...AGAIN. same routine. this time I called the customer support next morning...and they were extremely vague about the whole situation. I have been a low frequency user of the service...and thankfully so. I am not gonna renew the membership this time!
