I joined seventymm on 30th June .I joined from their branch in ITPL bangalore.The guy told me that my account will get activated only at night, so my day will be counted from 1st July only.I had taken a 3 month unlimited package of 849 rs.I had a credit card offer and they promised me a complimentery dvd as gift which the seventymm guy told me that I would get on the next day.
The account got activated at night and I added some movies to my wishlist on the same day.Inspite of the day for my mmbership starting from 3oth June there has been no response from the eseventy mm guys yet.For the past 2 days the office down ITPL where I joined had been closed down.Today I got a mail that one movie has been dispatched for deliver.
It was the lowest one in my priority list hence I contacted the customer care and told them to deliver the first one.They said they cant do it since its already dispatched.If its dispatched why don’t I get it yet.They say that it might take some delay in reaching m.If it take 3-4 days in reaching me what is the point in taking an unlimited mebership.On an average I can take 5-6 movies a month and I have to call them and ask for everything.with the money that I give to 70mm I can buy these movies directly because dvds are vry cheap these days
Moreover there is no response from them about my complementery gift.I haven’t got a single dvd yet.It has been only two days since I had made the mebership, but I have realized my mistake.That is why I am writing this review.Never go for 70 mm, buy the movies directly and see it.They don’t have th e latest collections and the old dvds you can get at a very cheap rate these days.What they have done now is they have send me the oldest movie in the wishlist which is of no demand at all.They are not sending as per the priority in wishlist
I called the customer care but noone was available for long time.After longtime whatever doubt I ask, they say I have to speak to the higher authorities who is not at all available.They say that they will arrange a call back but it had never happened
As soon I had put this review in mouthshut the customer service had called me and they told me all problems will be sorted out.One guy came and delivered the dvd which was the least priority in my list
Its the worst movie retal service ever.I t ahs been 7 days sine I joined and all I have got is the dvd of a movie which had come more than 10 times in star movies and HBO.I cancelled my membership but they say no money is refundable.all that happened is I paid rs 849 for watching "Meet the Rockers " .
Never go for seventy mm
