I joined Seventymm service some time last year.I got first two movies promptly, after that nothing happened.I kept requesting for movies but no pick up no delivery.Finally I got frustrated and asked for my security refund.I had to send more than 100 emails(I have all the records) and then many calls to customer care.Then I had told them that I am going to lodge a complaint with consumer court and then I got my cheque.
I was planning to take Bigflix membership but looking at the reviews at mouthshut I took Moviemart membership.I am quite happy with the service and I will recommend to everyone.The best thing about Moviemart website is it allows you to select your own movie.You know what exactly you are getting and they dont have queue system like other services.Their field boys are well trained, polite and accomodating as per your timing.Cutomer care is good and replies to emails are prompt.
