I Made a purchase of Panasonic VIERA LED 32 Inches Television (TH-L32X30D)
Color:Black which was promised to be shipped as per given time. on the deadline the ARAMEX courier details were given on my purchase order, and like an idiot I was happy and was waiting, a few days later I call up ARAMEX, they inform me that seventymm has booked an item but never delivered to ARAMEX for shipment. I call the customer service several times and same answer the TV has been handed over to ARAMEX and " Sorry for the inconvenience cased " after a month they inform me that the item is not available so they will refund the amount. " Why the Hell they kept my money for so long " for refund also a pain process, had to call customer care several times. Atlast I got the refund.
All shipping and refund policies are fake on this site. I wont even let seventymm come in my dreams. It was a nightmare for me. I cannot rate them worst as mouthshut.com has only poor. Seventymm should be the worst site I ever came across.
