It was unfortunate day when I received email from club Mahindra promoting seventymm.com. From the time of registration I started getting problems. The payment could not get through at first instance. Then I was unable to make payment as my email address could not be validated being used earlier. After 2, 3 calls, customer care could resolve the issue.
The first movie was delivered after in time, but I was unable to book the next movie as there was no system up date of the delivery.
One week was wasted in this process. After several phone calls [emails are not required to be answered as per their system !!!! ]. Finally the issue got resolved and I got another DVD. The courier while delivering the second movie, did not pick up the first movie. Well from that day I am unable to book the new movie.
If you try the website, you will get the message that you should try after some time. I dont know who is the designer of their IT System.
I have made various phone calls, every time the they promised that the issue will be resolved within 2, 3 hours time. After 2 days, the time gap increased and they started telling that the issue will be resolved tomorrow. The true meaning is that the issue can not be resolved if the courier does not pick movie from me.
I am member since Jan 28. I could se only two movies within time span of 19 days. I dont know when I will get the next movie. The procedure I understood is like this
The courier person may come for picking up DVDs from my home.
He reports the the picking up of DVD.
System is updated.
The account blockade will be removed.
I should call them again and again to ask whether the account blockade is removed or not.
In the mean while the customer care will promise orally that New DVD booked on telephone will be delivered [ This will not happen ]
I have to try booking of DVD from their website anticipating the probable time which will be taken by them for resolving the issue [ the time may be from 3 hours till minimum 7 days]
If you are not successful, call the customer care ... who will answer that the courier will pick up the DVD tomorrow. But he will not tell anything about when you will be able to login and book new DVD.
They will apologize for the inconvenience caused. But the inconvenience continues.
If you ask for refund of money, they will simply apologize once again. Buy the subscription only if you want to waste your money on some really bad purpose.
