Lemme be a little humble and say -Seventymm sucks big time.
a) I used to get a call 5 times a day tojoin in, the day I joined in urcustomer care guys have refused to recognize me
b)i requested a delivery ofpursuit ofhappiness on 18th and I promise my wife to show a movie on 19th night. Sincethe delivery didnt come we landed in fight. At the end I had to take her outto PVR and show some rubbish movie. I spent 400 bucks on that.
c)i called back customer care to deliverthe movie on 20th at least(i.e. after 48 hours of placing request), they saidwell send it today any cost. I waited in the office till 10pm, no movie came.in between I called up customer care till it was available i.e. till 7, 7.30.
d)again I called up on 21st at 2pm, themovie finally came at 4.15 on 21st.
e)i sent a pick up request for the nextmovie I.Q. on 21st and I called up customer care on 22nd asking whathappend. They replied its rented out. I explained that, this is not my problemso ive given them another movie nameLicense to Wed and they said we cannotdeliver it.
