I still wonder why did I subscribe to this site. First of all the movies are not standard, you need to change the region code on your DVD player. If your DVD player happens to be an older model, then either you say bye bye to your subscription which is non refundable, or change your DVD player.
Second their customer service has gone from bad to worse. Their floor managers don’t even call you back inspite of you calling them a hundred times. First they never sent me a CD and on their site it was mentioned the CD had been delivered. I had to convince them that the CD never reached me, so then finally they sent me the CD. I still have a CD with me from 17th July for which they are not bothered to pick it up.
In-spite of daily reminders and numerous false assurances no one came to collect the CD and no one still bothered to call me back.
