Hi, I have been subscribed ot seventymm since its inception. There had been good and bad experiences.
Positives:
1) Seventymm subscription are cheaper compare to many of the competition.
2) Delivery in 1business day is good, you dont have to wait long for the same.
3) webrowsing is convenient, but now they have started selling products also.
Thts it the positive ends here I think.
Negatives:
1) Pathetic customer support. They will call you hundred times to renew the subscription by offering free gifts/cds or discounts. Till date I have never received any free gifts. Also when I refused to renew, the executives gets irritated and shouts back stating that I have wasted their time.
2) The disc quality was a big problem, and when the complaint is registered I never got any replacement for the movie.
3) The timing for delivery is not flexible, they will always come in the afternoon when many times no one is in the house. Big problem for working couples.
4) Many times they deliver wrong movies and no use of complaining as you will not get response.
5) You can make your movies list which you want to order in future, but your choice of movies will never be available.
SO I ACTUALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THE SAME.
