I took up their one month trial offer in April 2011, with an assurance from the company that no money will be charged on my card if I cancel the membership before the start of paid subscription. My reason for taking this trial subscription was to be able to judge the quality of service before taking a full fledged subscription and looking at quality of service - I thanked GOD for not taking paid service directly(non availability of movies ever, delay in pickups etc)
Anyways - So I decided to cancel my subscription 4 days before expiry of my trial period & requested the customer care & through online portal to pick up the movie(Ben Hur) from my residence! However even after 3 weeks of 100 such requests, the movie is still not picked up(and I have proofs of such multiple requests - including raising the same through email and online on your website), inspite of multiple assurances from their teams. To top it up, inspite of my cancellation request, these guys went ahead and renewed my subscription and charged my card for the whole year!
Its really a scam that they are running in name of free trial! Don’t go for it. keep away from the company!
