After registering onto librarywala.com, whose service I find to be impeccable, I was looking for a DVD rental service. I read the reviews on both Bigflix and Seventymm, both of which had pathetic reviews of the hopeless service. I filled up a form on both the sites, but surprisingly, 70 mm customer service gave me a call within 1 hour of the same.
They have a special offer on Fridays, where for 700, you can sign up for a 3 month plan, which includes 1 free English DVD pack of 3 movies. Promptly, I signed up for the same. The net day, although a Saturday, their person turned up with the receipt and collected the cash from home. I got an SMS stating the details etc.
Started adding movies to the wishlist, and I have to say, their service is good. Out of the IMDB top 250, only about 100 are present. Their fare contains a host of Bollywood, Regional, and even adult movies. Documentary and TV shows are also present. I’ve been watching nearly one movie everyday, and except for 1 DVD which was scratched, all have been good.
The best part is the SMS feature, where you can SMS them if the disc is scratched or there is a delay in the despatch. Immediately, one day gets credited to your account, no questions asked.
All in all, good value for money, and great service. Hope for more additions to the library.
