Useless & Cheats

Since I was shifting from Blore to Goa I saw these were the only ones giving service in Goa. I got on phone with the customer service & reconfirmed about their service in Goa & said I’ll get online & make payment. Within one hour I got so many calls asking wen am goin to get online to make the payment. finally I managed to get online & paid & I activated the service after I shifted to Goa.


The first set of movies never got delivered even though it showed as delivered. I called them to find out bout it & got to kno tht the courier person updated as delivered. I said I havent received anything so to take it as a complaint. He said he has already done tht & tht I can request for next set of movies, which I did. This set got delivered. Next day itself I got online to request for next set but I was unable to. After trying for 3 days I finally called up to ask bout it & I was told since I am having 4 movies with me my next request cant b processed. I told them the first set of 2 movies never reached me & tht I had complained also bout it.


He checked and confirmed it and said that’ll b resolved & the same movies will b sent to me again. I waited for almost a week before calling them to find out wat hapnd as movies didnt reach me yet. Then he is saying tht courier company refused to deliver to our area as it is difficult for them, so they will be sending me a refund. I lost it & asked y this wasnt informed to me earlier & instead they waited for me to call. I got the name of the courier company & checked with them & they said since ours comes in prime area there is no way they can refuse delivery. Again I called back the customer care & informed bout it & I asked to speak to a sr person but I wasnt allowed to speak to a senior. After few mins I again called & this time got another guy who said he’ll get a senior to call. After half an hour I got a call from a girl & she asked wat the issue was & I explained the whole story fm the beginning. She said someone from management will call me back next day by arnd 11am. That was 2 weeks back and am still waiting for the call. I called in between twice to find out status of tht call. They said they’ll take my complaint down & ensure someone will actually call but nothing yet.
