Do not ever ever ever place an order with this establishment through internet banking. They have no reason to delivery your order once they have your money. Use cash on delivery if you are dying to buy something from them.
Do not go by the looks of all the cool products on this website, they typically do not have any stock of the merchandise!!!
I have placed 3 orders with them so far.
Sma0023231 – chrome azzaro: rs 1500 down the drain!
Second order for paco rabanne por home – was delivered.
Third order for numero uno sunglasses for which they did not have stock and i called and called and finally got my money back.
Sma0023231: they have taken my money and not delivered it. They say that they have no stock. I should have known better as this product is around rs 2500 in the market and they were quoting rs 1000 less for it.
I’ve spent around rs 200 just calling these thieves. Their agents have no idea what this order is about and what is to be done.
After numerous calls, finally an agent, name of “raghunath”, sounded totally fed up. He said that he is going to create another order for me as old orders tend to get ignored. I said fine go ahead. And he created a cash on delivery order, quoting this order number in the comment.
The very next day i get a call saying they are shipping my order. I was thrilled!
The third day, the courier is at my doorstep and they want money for the delivery. So basically, now that they have my money, they are not interested in delivering the order. But if you don’t pay them, they want to deliver the product so that they can get the money.
Every 10 calls i make to them, they send me this item as cod. I have already paid for it. Why should i pay again? Although i do not buy pirated dvds from the roadside, i feel that as a consumer, i would be safer buying that kind of stuff and not lose much money, compared to subscribing to a service like this.
Stay away from this front!
