I took the subscription of this matrimonial site around d 15 days ago after there executive request so much that they are the best and they provide the best service . But after paying the 6 months subscription amount, it was like they forget there promiswsw. Since day one after taking the subscription, I am facing the issue with the chat option of that site and I have told them many times about it and they just extended the date like they will resolve but even after more than 15 days issue is as it is. Now they are saying that they CAN’T resolve the issue so I have to bear it. Now they are calling me for new package some thing ’ Select Shaadi’ for they r again repeating the same FAKE promises. I would say take the subscription only if you DON’T LIKE YOUR MONEY. Apart from service issuea, I am even not getting some good options to choose. They do repeat the same options daily. So I felt like cheated after facing all these issues. Whatever I faced I have expressed over there so take your decision wisely.
