Shaadi.com is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I took shaadi center 6 month membership (Bhubaneswar Orissa) and I got shocked when they gave me few profiles and when contacted came to know they already married. Few contact numbers are also wrong and 90% profiles no where near to my matching criteria. After payment, they didn’t receive my call, I had to call from different numbers. So when I visited their office found them busy in doing online shopping.
