Shaadi.com is probably the last place most people would look for if they intend to get married  and I agree it isn’t the best of sites as far as features go to refer to as I find the membership charges are rather high and there is very little that you can do with a free membership other than express interest(some limited contact options) and if you’re really serious about getting married then having a paid membership is certainly the most viable option to produce results.(I for one have a free membership)

I signed up on shaadi.com about  a week ago and the results have been frankly quite interesting.It has hardly been a week and I have already got 4 proposals and 2 women that I expressed interest in(Must say really good looking ones.well from what I can judge from the pic they are) have already responded in the affirmative.pretty cool rght? although I got around  3 rejections(I figure thats okay as 2 were older than I am and one chick draws a  way higher salary than I can dream of anyway).and my profile has already been viewed 40 times

Regarding the profile well I am only 23., roman catholic, done my mba etc

First of all shaadi.com I think isn’t like instant noodles and requires a lot of time investment and selecting a prospective bride may easily take upto a year or so and just make sure that you don’t have very high expectations so you won’t end up getting dissapointed .Just make sure you detail your profile arduously well and put in a decent photograph.Personally I think the site is well worth it judging from the response I have got in only a  week.If you’re young and atleast average looking, have a  steady income then this site is worth a  try.
