Please do not fall victim to these bunch of frauds.All they are doing is running fake business and playing around with people’s situation and sentiments.They will fool you into buying their so called premium products and trick you into the dream of getting a suitable match.But in reality after taking down your requirements all they would do is create fake profiles and start sending requests or ask you to send request none of which will ever respond back to you neither there will be any contact number to get in touch with .How can there be because they do not exist in the first place.They are doing a bad business and this needs to be reported to the police as writing reviews alone won’t help and they would continue this mal practice.
They have a bunch of sales representatives, the ones who contacted me were Deboshree and Arpan for bengali shaadi and after selling the product none of them ever bothered to follow up, rather every time I have lodged a complaint I have been contacted by their escalation specialist Sarmishtha who is supposed to be an ombuds personnel and she is the worst of all.She is extremely rude no courtesy, lack basic phone manners and start the conversation in a manner as if she wants to threaten you so that you never do a complain again.
I have wasted my entire money on this fake product and since I don’t live in India Iam not in a position to have an access to take legal actions against them which I would definitely taken otherwise.
So request everyone to be AWARE OF THESE CHEATS WHO ARE FOOLING PEOPLE IN THE NAME OF GETTING A PERFECT LIFE PARTNER.THIS IS VIOLATION OF RIGHTS AND MALADMINISTRATION AND NEEDS TO BE BROUGHT INTO LIGHT SO THAT THEY DO NOT RUIN PEOPLE’S LIFE AND FUTURE BY MAKING FRAUD MATCHES .THIS IS A QUESTION OF PEOPLE’S SAFETY!
