Hi Yall,
Man..I am writing after a looooong time - so I’ve even forgotten on how to even start a review...so I m just going to write whatever comes to my mind (Plz. don’t be harsh on the commenting and asking me to re-write the review)
MY REVIEW:
A wonderful debut by the Sridevi as a Producer – Now I am not going to bore with the synopsis…simple: Its Desi version of NOT WITHOUT MY DAUGHTER (just with one change: Son)
I don’t know why everybody kept on telling me not to watch this movie…b/c I found it very good movie well except for the TOOOO much Blood Shed…(For that there was the Fwd. Button)
Anyways, like I was saying – For me the movie was fast paced, well directed, and the screenplay was good too.
ACTING
KARISMA KAPOOR excels as a wonderful wife and mother, then a scared NRI in India, then a courageous mother. Till now I thought Aish will take the Best Actress Award for Devdas but now I changed mind to Karisma for this role…at least she deserves Best Critics Award.
SANJAY KAPOOR, I think of him as a cheap clone of Anil Kapoor, for some reason, he sounds like him – but can’t act like him….but this movie he changed my mind…he didn’t have much of a role but he acted well – he portrayed himself well in this movie…Wishing him luck!
NANA PATEKAR this guy gives me Goosebumps for some reason…and sorry I know Hindi very well but his Hindi…oh my god! What the hell was he saying…He is alright by me…since I have never been his fan…He portrays himself well as a illiterate and a violent Village Leader
Special App. SHAH RUKH KHAN He is the greatest…I loved him! His Tappori kinda portray is so HOT! And his obsession with Aish….he is awesome…
Others..Deepti Naval – Is alright…her talent is wasted and the other sisters were alright….
MUSIC
First of, there are much more songs in the album than there were in the movie – (that’s good!)
BEST SONGS - Dil Ne Pukara, Hum Tum Mile, Ishq kameena
NOT NEEDED Dola Song

Oh I almost Forgot~!!!!…..THE LITTLE BOY IN THE MOVIE…IS SOO CUTE AND TALENTED….I MEAN ALL HIS SCENCES EITHER I CRIED OR LAUGHER…HOPE TO SEE HIM IN THE FUTURE….May be in one of my movies…hehehehhe
