Myself Chaitali and today I am going to discuss about my personal experience regarding the cinema hall or you can call a movie multiplex called " SHADOW CINEMAS - PAZHAYANNUR THRISSUR ", where I went to saw a movie three days ago with my friends.
First things first, The place where the cinema hall is located is not at all well connected and you will not get a local transport to reach their, So either you need to have your car or you need to have a cab for a smooth journey. But as it was my first time we went via local transport and we had to walk for around thirty minutes . So the connectivity of the place is very bad. Now the ambiance of the cinema hall is not very good, The cinema hall is over crowded by vendors, The vendors were shouting very loudly and they were allowed inside the cinema hall also. The place was so noisy that you cant even talk to the next person to yourself. So I was unhappy and the experience was not good at all.
Now the price of the tickets are very high compare to the standards, There were only two classes lower tier and upper tier, Lower tier ticket price is 250 rupees and upper tier ticket price is 375 rupees for a two weeks old movie is very very high. Even multiplex like Inox, PVR don’t charge that much, So it was a mistake by us to choose this cinema hall. The ticket counter size is very small only two windows are their, and the ticket processing is very slow and the line was big, So it took more then half and hour to get the tickets.
Now the comfort quality of the cinema hall is the biggest question as the seating quality is not at all good, Small size seats will less amount of leg room. If people seat then no one can go out, The seats are very flat, not even push back seats. And no hand room and no leg room was provided. So its difficult to seat and watch movie. The picture quality is not that good, Very small size hall so the picture is blur and hazy. You need to look towards the sky to view the screen. the hall is worst quality. The sound is not even DIGITAL. Local made sound boxes making bad noises, and some times you cant even hear. The beat and treble is zero. We had a pathetic experience .
The worst part is the toilet, its very small and not cleaned. Very crowded and people were standing at each other in order to use it. bad smell. So the place all over is very bad, and I will never suggest any one to go there. We paid high and got treated badly. So the value for money is zero. Don’t visit this cinema hall. They take your money and don’t even provide the basic features, through out the movie the vendors keep coming and made the movie viewing experience even worst. So I could not even watch the movie properly. So its a big no to this cinema hall for next visit. I will give a zero out of ten.
