Food presentation is really bad on this restaurant the quantity on the quality of the food is very less and quality less food. The taste of the food is very bad and I expected so much from them but they really disappointed me when it comes to the food presentation. I am a big fan of Shah Ghouse but this restaurant in Tolichowki is the only one restaurant of this branch he is very disappointed me so much when it comes to taste of the food and food presentations. Ambience is really bad on this branch because it’s almost a Cafe area and it doesn’t look like an restaurant. Ambience is a very big drawback for this restaurant because they didn’t maintain the table and plates clean and tidy. The food presentation and Ambience is a very big drawback for this restaurant. Customer care service is not back they delivered the food item at on time but if the food taste is good the service will be excellent that deliver the food each item at very quick delivery but the food taste of each item is very bad. If the food presentation and ambience is good then the customer service is also will be rated as excellent but because of the food taste and Ambience maintenance of the restaurant is very bad. Value of money is very good the rates of each item of food is quite cheap and good price but the taste of the food and compare it to the environment and atmosphere of the restaurant is really very bad and the customer service is not bad. Especially the food which they delivered is not so tasty and food presentation is also very bad on this restaurant. I personally recommend you if you want a good ambience and very good food you cannot visit here because there is a very minus points on the food presentations and ambience so please go for the another restaurant if you want both.
