Shakti builders owned by Mr.mukesh who has completed two projects shakti sunshine & shakti sprinkle.i bought a flat in shakti sunshine, at the time of booking Mr.mukesh talks very nice. Once we paid the full amount there is no response from him
Main Drawbacks-
-Shakti sunshine was his first project.
-There is no proper management.
-Mukesh appointed an uneducated guy (Nagaraj) who is responsible for the building construction.
-All the materials they used were in poor quality.
-There is no respect for the customers.
-Mukesh is a total idiot , please don’t buy any flat from shakti builders.
