My experience with Sharekhan had been a our of this world that means only after death their Site will open especially when there is a load on their site. Their Site will be the first one to go "KAPUT" when there is a small increase in Volume.
Their branches are one of the worst in terms of Customer Service. Since last 2 Hrs. they are searching for my ID & they they have not been able to find. Their Jaipur Branch Manager say everytime "What should I do when their is technical problem". He will take my phone number everytime but never calls back with any solution.
I have been customer of Sharekhan since last 5 Yrs. but the service provided them is below par. When you call their help desk No. given on their site (Mumbai) for more than hour nobody answers and it keeps on repeating re-recorded message.Today also since morning their site is not working...................& nobody is answerable at their local as well as Mumbai HQ.
My Question is :
Who will be responsible for online losses of customer bcoz their site is not working since morning.
Can they have better Branch Manager who can understand the customer requirement when their Site is not working.
No National Customer Data is available with local offices.
Even when I had got my residence address changed from local office they are not able to find my Customer ID.
So the final Verdict is "Nobody should use SHARKHAN ONLINE ACCOUNT" Its all Crap.
This is my request to all prospective & current customers bcoz there are other better options such as SBI, Religare, SMC or PNB.
BUT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ...................SHAREKHAN ................ ITS NOT EVEN CATKHAN OR DOGKHAN.
