Recently I shifted my trading account from sharekhan to zerodha, where I was unsatisfied with the promisses that sharekhan given. I have done a lot of trading, I observed they are charging a brokerage of around .5-2% of money but they initially said they would charge only 0.2% of maximum. they may levy additional taxes. overall if u buy an itc share of 259rs it would cost around 261.5rs. The charge which we are paying is humiliating. The app of this company loads very slow. The options are few. The transaction timings are also huge which takes around 2-3 hrs for you to deposit into the sharekhan account. though the options are fee the user interface is nice for the app. Their way of updation through messages and emails is also lacks little speed. However if u are familiar with trading you would mostly shift away from sharekhan.
