Very bad customer service, don’t open account with sharekhan, Their software support team is useless.
if something goes wrong they will say system is not taking update so we are helpless, what nonsense is this?
I have opened two accounts with sharekhan and just to transfer some shares from one account to another they took one month time and still all my queries are not resolved. There is no proper communication from the customer care cell.
I made a mistake by opening account with share khan if you don’t want to get frustrated with your trading try some other broker firms.
