Core issue : Need to transfer Shares from my Fathers account to my account and struggling to close the issue for the past 2.5 months with Chennai - Alwarpet Sharekhan branch. Making Old person (My father who is at age 64) to roam here and there for 2.5 months.
Incident 1 :
I have requested to transfer shares in my father and myself jointaccount to my account which I am currently holding in Sharekhan itself. Intotal I own two accounts.
I would like to close the online trading account of my father. When Icheck Mr.Kamesh point of contact on April 28, I was informed need to apply thedelivery chellan which I misplaced. I have submitted the application fordelivery chellan to him.
Issue on Incident 1 : He misplaced My pan card xerox and my fatherspan card xerox and ask for excuse , then he came to our resident and collectedthe same . ( I have separete mail chain in my mail box, if needed I can provide) .
Incident 2:
After receiving the delivery chellan from sharekhan , we went to Alwarpet office along with my father who is at age 64 and not physchandru021y sowell. Mr. Kamesh guided, the deliveyr challan which they have sent is for some category and one more category of chellan is needed to submit. I was not informed on the other chellan details previously. We were really frustrated atthat moment and started quarellel between both of us.
Issue on Incident 2 : He immediately called some one from his desk and said, different form is enough to submit. We have submitted the form to Mr.Kamesh on June 01 2012. I went on the argument , why he is not aware of the process being a point of contact of that branch.
I seek the appointment of Mr.Srinivas who is the branch manager and according to me who fail to address customer issue every time. Mr.Kamesh hesitated to give his mobile number or even hesitated to connect him to his office desk. When I seek appointment for the same, he never gives proper appointment time.
Mr.Kamesh asked for forgiveness one more time and I also left him without escalating to myaccount@sharekhan website.
Incident 3:
After all these things..I tried to reach Mr.Kamesh and find out the status of sharetransfer between both accounts, He never responded to my mail id.
When I call him over phone , Mr.Rajani said, he is not available to take call. Intermediately Mr.Sureshkumar who was nearby said ( which I overheard )tell him Mr.Kamesh is not there and when he comes we will inform. I suspected it was Mr.Kamesh and asked Ms.Rajani to give the phone to the nearby person.
He immediately reacted to me , I don’t need to talk to you as I am not customer in his basket. "Why I should give response to you". Same quote he used.
Issue on incident 3 : I was totally frustrated with all these and Today morning I received the courier fromsharekhan that my application is rejected because of not attaching the"Delivery chellan for share transfer "When I check with Mr.Kamesh, heagreed it is his mistake and I insisted branc manager to take the ownership andcall me on resolving this issue.
Till then I did not received any call from Sharekhan.
I am sure there is no proper training is given by the branch in charge to the employee as they themselves say on conversation , Manager is fearful and cannot be reached easily..

In total I am very badly affected on this branch activity . I am in process of closing other account also which I am currently held with Sharekhan.
I would like to get a proper response over this issue failed I will be forced to submit with all the proof to consumer court and that this issue badly.
I have filed e-filing on consumerforum.in regarding this issue seeking guidance from advocates.
I have attached a separate document on the Mail communication to Myaccount@sharekhan.com and srinivas@branch.sharekhan.comand Mr.Kamesh from Sharekhan alwarpet office.
