The issue is your ’misdirecting tool’ that is under the ’My Portfolio’ section of your homepage. How it calculates the average is still a puzzle. It helped me in loosing Rs 22000 from my account without my fault, thanks to sharekhan!
Just a small description to you about it. The transactions in the ledger summary will show you that on 18th and 19th of this month I have purchased SAIL shares. The description is: At the rate 169.76 for say 10 shares and 161.83 for the rest x shares. Although the average should be somewhat in between but in your so called misdirecting tool, it is 161.75 is the average for the shares. How it calculates, GOD knows!
This is for the correct shares that I have. Similarly, by relying on this beautiful tool so many times, I lost my money. I know that you wont help me but still just for my own satisfaction, its my duty to make you aware.
