Comparing with other trading terminals Sharekhan is better. I have done online trading in Icicidirect, Apollo Sindhoori, and India Infoline. With my experience I can assure you , dealing with Sharekhan is many times easier than dealing with ICICIDirect, Apollo Sindhoori and India Infoline. There may be technical snags but their treatment of their customers is 100 times better than these other brokers. At certain times there may be difficulties in getting connectivity.
You will be receiving at certain times frequent messages like ’you are disconnected from quote server’ etc. But these ’certain times’ are not frequent. You will get good offline support and also investment advices and research papers through emails. There are three types of trading platform:- 1) Classic Account, 2)Fast trade terminal and 3) speed trade terminal.You can get streaming quotes in 2&3.
